Reviews and Ratings
I had mixed feelings about my stay. My experience began positively with an early check-in and a helpful staff member, but I found the suite to be quite cramped for six people, which was disappointing. The location was decent, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. However, the dining experience fell short, and the pressure to attend a timeshare presentation was off-putting.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with some notable positives and a few downsides. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore local attractions and dining options. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the noise from renovations and outside construction was quite disruptive. While the amenities were good overall, I found the check-in process to be a bit cumbersome due to too many staff involved, which slowed things down.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Sydney, and the rooms provide comfortable furnishings. Unfortunately, the renovations and noise during my visit were quite disruptive. I also experienced issues with the service, particularly regarding the push for time share presentations, which felt overwhelming. Overall, it's a place I would consider returning to, but I'll wait until after the renovations are complete.
